Camper-converting your short-wheelbase Volkswagen Caddy has never been easier. With our multiflex bed kit, you can transform your van into a practical, comfortable and fully reversible camper setup, with no hassle or permanent modifications. What’s more, it’s not just a bed for your getaways: it’s also a smart solution to improve organisation and load capacity in your van.
With the extended multiflex system, you get a double boot: a lower area ideal for storing luggage, tools or fridges, and a clear upper surface so you can continue loading more gear in an organised way. And if you need to carry large or bulky items, the structure folds easily, allowing you to recover the full boot height in seconds.
You only need a T30 Torx key to remove the original bolts from the four boot tie-down points. The kit is fixed using these same factory mounting points. From there, assembly and disassembly of the kit is tool-free, completely by hand, and takes just a few minutes.
The structure is made from welded steel, black powder-coated for increased strength and a clean finish. The bed bases are made from 18 mm poplar plywood, upholstered in black carpet, which provides an elegant look and helps reduce noise and vibrations while driving.
The mattress rests partly on the structure and partly on the folded rear seats, all at the same height. The result is a stable and comfortable bed for two people, with approximate dimensions of 118 cm wide by 190 cm long.

You can purchase the complete kit with a custom-made mattress, or just the metal structure, ideal if you already have a mattress or prefer to design your own. If you choose to add the mattress, you get a winning combination: 5 cm of high-density HR35 foam plus 3 cm of viscoelastic foam for firm, comfortable rest without taking up too much space when folded. The covers are removable and washable, which is always a plus.
