Shipping Costs
In our commitment to provide transparent and high-quality service, we have established the following conditions for shipping costs:
Product Availability
All products offered on our website are made to order, allowing us to guarantee their quality. Once payment has been received, the usual delivery time is approximately 15 business days, which may vary depending on workload, time of year, specific demand, or supplier availability.
During certain periods—such as high-demand campaigns, special promotions, or times when logistics services operate with reduced hours—delivery times may be longer. If the product is in stock, delivery time can be reduced and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international destinations, delivery times may vary depending on logistical conditions. Specific information will be provided in each case.
If a product is temporarily unavailable or there is a significant delay, we will contact you immediately to inform you and provide a new estimated delivery time. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and notify you of the steps to follow.
In any case, a delay in delivery compared to the estimated times does not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you wish to make a return, you can contact us through the contact form on the website, by phone at +34 722 55 44 30, or by email at [info@beachvans.com](mailto:info@beachvans.com). Please provide the order number, purchase date, and your contact details or those of the purchaser to expedite the process.
For all other items, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal for any reason. In these cases:
– Shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer, regardless of the destination (including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international shipments).
– The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, or promotional materials included.
– Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within a maximum of 10 business days.
Defective Product on Arrival
If you receive a defective product, we will arrange collection and send an identical replacement at no cost to you.
If, despite the defect, you wish to exchange it for a different product, the return and shipping costs will be borne by the customer, since it is not an equivalent replacement but a voluntary exchange.
If you prefer not to receive a replacement and opt for a refund, we will also cover the collection costs of the defective product.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an item that does not correspond to your order, we will replace it with the correct one at no cost to you and as quickly as possible.
General Return Conditions
In all cases, products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all included accessories.
Returns of mattresses or textile items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Returns of customized products will not be accepted, except for defects or order errors.
Product Warranty
The warranty period is two years, although it does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, improper use, or unauthorized manipulations, incorrect installations not performed by authorized Technical Services, or materials worn by use. Unless proven otherwise, non-conformities occurring within six months of product delivery, whether new or second-hand, are presumed to have existed at delivery, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the type of non-conformity.
BeachVans reserves the right to request verification from an official brand service center to determine the origin of the problem. If the defect is due to misuse, the repair will be chargeable. For issues covered under warranty, we will choose repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as legally established.
Refund of Paid Amounts
Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the purchase, except for cash-on-delivery payments. In that case, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
BeachVans will not refund or reship merchandise until receipt and verification of the returned product’s packaging and accessories at our warehouse. The refund amount is the original order price, excluding shipping costs, which will only be refunded if BeachVans is responsible for the reason for the return. Once the returned product’s condition is verified, BeachVans will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days.
Applicable Law. Jurisdiction
Purchases made on beachvans.es are subject to Spanish law.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these contractual terms, the courts with jurisdiction will be those established by applicable law, considering, for final consumers, the place of performance of the obligation or the buyer’s domicile.
If the buyer resides outside Spain or the purchase is made by a company, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts of Logroño (Spain).

Credit Card Payment
We accept major cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, for your convenience, and process payments via the Redsys platform with a secure encrypted connection. Redsys is the leading payment processor for merchants in Spain and an international security benchmark.
Payment is charged once the order is confirmed if the payment centers authorize it. If not authorized, the order cannot be processed. The security system ensures that card data travels securely and encrypted to the payment gateway.
We NEVER have access to your card data, nor is it stored in our system. Redsys only informs us that the transaction was accepted without providing any financial or other information.
Bank Transfer Payment
You don’t need a credit card to purchase from BeachVans. In fact, you don’t even need a bank account. You can place your order by phone or email and pay later via bank transfer or deposit. Once the funds are received, we will process your order.
To expedite your order, you can email [info@beachvans.com](mailto:info@beachvans.com) with the transfer receipt, indicating order number and your full name, and we will process it upon receipt.
Remember, you have 7 days to pay for your order. After that period, the order will be canceled.
Returns
Right of return: 15 days
From the moment you place your order, you have 14 days to return it.
Remember, the item cannot be used; otherwise, it cannot be returned.
